Shipping & Returns
Whilst we're finding our 'fins' with our new venture, please allow up to 4-6 weeks for shipping. As we are a small business we don't keep many items 'in stock' and so every tail is made to order. We are hoping to get shipping times right down to 2-4 weeks, which will be our standard shipping schedule, by the end of July 2021. Shipping is available Worldwide, customers are responsible for all import taxes and fees.
Should you need your tail in a hurry we may be able to rush your order. This is subject to availability and will incite an additional fee. Please contact us before making your order and we will do our best to assist you.
Return & Exchange Policy
Refunds are only accepted if the item received is faulty. If you wish to make a refund claim please email email@example.com with the subject line "Refund" and include your order number as well as pictures of the issue, we request that you do this within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will then get back to you with further details.
To avoid sizing issues please check our size guide carefully before making a purchase. Should you need to exchange your tail for a different size please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject 'Exchange' and include your order number within the email, we will then reply with details of where to send your return, you will be responsible for return shipping.
Once the tail has been received in NEW and UNUSED condition we will send you a new tail with the size of your choosing.
Custom tail or tails where you have ordered custom skin tone matching or custom sizing cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the item is received damaged.
